Mr. Nussbaum is on the top of the charts! Especially with this new (beta) Graph Master.
Graph Master  “is a one-of-a-kind program that allows students to create three different interactive, printable graphs on one screen, based on data collected in a survey or poll of their classmates. What makes Graph Master so useful, however, is the fact that after students make their graphs, the program asks them eight multiple choice questions about their graphs using the inputted data. ”
Love that students are asked questions based on the graphs they create. Very nice tool.
I tried it out and here are the printable results.
Added to  Create Visualizations/Infographics
A few others that caught my eye…
BMF (for older students who love word problems)

Becoming Lord Voldemath (+,-,x,/ very customizable)

Zoo Designer (perimeter and area)

Torture The Teacher ;) (spelling)

If you have never visited Mr. Nussbaum you should. He offers extremely high quality games, tools and interactives for math, social studies, language arts, science and much more. Free!
