There are two free printable sheets featuring Dolch words available from the Activity Mom.
Print on magnetic paper or print on card stock and rubber cement them to a magnetic sheet (available at craft stores such as Michaels, Hobby Lobby etc.). Then cut them out with scissors. Use cookie sheets to stick them too.

I didn’t know that pipe cleaners glowed under a blacklight. I am going to use this at one of my centers in the fall. Just have to get a black light. The kids will love this. Can be used for art as well as spelling and letter activities. I think that they will love to take pictures of their creations. How about a short little movie. My head is spinning with ideas. I wonder what else glows.
“What’s a mini-office, you ask? Essentially it’s a one-stop place for all those essentials that the kids might need while working on their school work. They can prop it up and find quick answers to some of their common questions.”
These are really neat. I think that they might work well in centers. They fold up easily and once they are laminated they should last a couple of years. Kids could help put them together.
You can make them as big or small as you want them. Kids could even use them at their desk.
I can just imagine the hundreds of ways these can be customized.
